Order Return Policy 

Please direct any and all return requests to: orders@mayatea.com 

We accept returns up to 14 days after purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, all items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Items that are opened, used, and repackaged will not be eligible for a return.

Returns are to be shipped back at the customer’s expense using a carrier of their choice. We recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number and possible insurance as Maya Tea is not responsible for return packages lost in transit. 

Please ship all returns to the following address and include the original order number on the shipping label, or written on the package itself.

Once we have received a return, all items will be inspected. Items that comply with our return standards will be accepted. Any items not in compliance with our return standards will not be accepted. The credit card used for original payment at time of ordering will be refunded the original cost of the items minus any applicable shipping costs. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to appear on your account. If a customer uses a method of payment other than a credit card, we will issue an account credit that will be applied towards their next purchase with us.
